Peter Hansen, P.Eng.

Peter has been developing software commercially since 1983. He is a graduate of the Systems Design Engineering program at the University of Waterloo (1991) and has worked in many companies, including IBM, Bell-Northern Research, and Siemens. From 2000 to 2004, Peter was the Director of Software Engineering for Kaval Wireless Technologies, where he built a team that delivered literally scores of software products involving wireless communications, automated factory testing, web-based network monitoring, and embedded microcontroller systems. He has worked with and has extensive knowledge of Internet technologies, industrial control networks, ergonomics, microcontrollers, and most major current areas in the field of software development. Jeff Haase, P.Eng.

After obtaining a degree in Systems Design Engineering at the Universtiry of Waterloo, Jeff worked with General Dynamics of Canada for five years developing control software for fire control computer systems gaining valuable experience with military software development standards and the Ada programming language. Before joining Engenuity he spent a number of years at Kaval Wireless Technologies developing software to control and monitor wireless coverage extension equipment. He has been involved with all aspects of the software development process and also has experience with digital hardware development, communication networks, and formal software standards.
